Christmas Girl x

Hello....

It's my third DT card from the Christmas cut and create range
(3 day's in a row this week, wow I'm doing good lol)

Today's card is a more plain design, using a simple A5 card base.

I have used the entire cut and create sheet for this card, and the beautiful matching
backing paper. I have layered the main girl image using collall 3D glue gel, this is in my opinion
perfect as you can shape the decoupage layers and the glue gel has no smell.

To add a little Christmas sparkle I have sprayed the snowflake embossed card
(Can you tell the snowflake embossed card is my favourite???)

To make the card plain and clean
I have stuck with red, white and blue colouring.
I have used red card for the backing of layers, then kept it
simple with the matching backing paper and white embossed card.

I hope you like today's card, and have a fantastic Friday.
Try not to get too wet!!!

Hugs

Sledge Time x

Hello everyone...

I'm back again today with another card from my latest DT work.
I have again been using the lovely and super cute cut and create sheets from

Today's card is a double easel design.

Here is a better view for you to see the double easel.
I have used a 6x6 card blank and a smaller separate piece of card to make
the smaller from easel.

This is the front view of the card with the smaller easel flat, this is so you
can see the full image from the cut and create sheet. I have used all the
decoupage layers on this card, and the sentiment from the sheet is also used
on the smaller easel.

This is to show the card fold flat ready for posting, and would fit perfectly into
a 6x6 envelope.

Here is a close-up of the cute image, a perfect topper for a boy's Christmas card.
The backing papers are also from the same range again.

For the brown piece across the middle of the card I used the
beautiful embossed snowflake card and have added colour with Tim Holtz distressing ink pads.

Thanks for visiting, and don't forget if you would like to see the full range
please tune in to create and craft TV on Monday 16th September 2013
at 4pm to see the full range.
You can watch Create and Craft TV on the following channels
Freesat 813, Sky 671, Freeview 36 or Virgin 748.

Rocking Angel

Hi Everyone, how are you all?

As it's been a little colder today I thought I would blog my 1st Christmas card
of the year..... Only 104 more days to go!!!!

My card today is also one of my cards I have done for my
DT work with craftstyle products,
they will be on Create and Craft on Monday 16th September
at 4pm showing the latest Christmas designs.

I have made a rocker card using the Christmas cut and create angel sheet.

I have used just the 1st and 2nd layer of decoupage from the sheet,
this leaves the base image and other layers for another card.
I have added glitter to the halo and wings for a little sparkle.

The star backing sheet goes with the cut and create range, and is
a lovely heavy weight backing sheet. I have cut a circle and cut it in half and used
a half on both sides of the rocker to give a nice balance.

For the base card I have used the stunning snowflake embossed card stock again
from craftstyle products. To make the rocker I have used a large spellbinder circle die.

The snowflakes are cut from Marianne designs snowflake 3,
I have just covered them in glitter to add extra shimmer.
The sentiment is from the same cut and create sheet as the main image.

I hope you like today's design, and I hope you can watch
create and craft on Monday 16th to see more of the cards from myself
and the other members of the design team.

Hugs

Panda Wishes

Good Morning everyone, I hope your having a good Tuesday.
The weather isn't as nice here today no sun just rain at the moment!!!!

So today I have done a card to bring a smile to you

My card today is made with a 6x6 card blank.
I have used silver mirri card for the base layer, and the flower paper is from
'summer time' forever friends paper pad.

I have added 3 fabric rose's in the top left hand corner.

I have used silver mirri again to add detail across the middle of the card
I have used the same floral paper to break up the silver.
To add more detail I have used a Martha Stewart punch.

The topper I have used is from the party paws luxury crafting kit,
they are a lovely collection already foiled and die-cut.
And they have the awwww factor.
(In my opinion anyway lol)

And last is the sentiment, I have used a stamp
from mix 'N' match clear celebration stamp set from docrafts Papermania range.
They are quite old, so I can't find the link sorry!!!

I have entered this card into the following challenge...

Enjoy the rest of the day

Hugs

Panda Hugs

Good afternoon, I hope you are all having a lovely Sunday.

Today's card is a cute little one, this was made for a friend whose
youngest daughter was taken very ill.

I made the card from a 6x6 card blank.
I have done the base layer with silver mirri card, then the red backing paper with
ping hearts was from the party paws paper crafting kit.
The main panda with the star topper was also from the same kit

I have used small white roses, these are from e-bay,
and the heart shaped pin is from create and craft.

I have used a stamp for the sentiment and cut it using a spellbinder die, then
layered it onto silver mirri using the corresponding scalloped shaped die.
Then added a fabric red rose for decoration.

I have placed the topped onto a doilie again from create and craft.
The patterned boarder has been made using a Martha Stewart punch and 2
different papers.

And last of all here is a closer look at the party paws topper.

I hope you like it, and enjoy the rest of your day

Hugs

Good afternoon everyone, I hope your enjoying all the beautiful weather
we've been having (not so sure about the thunder storms though).

of this lol.

My card today is a card I made for my Husband Steve on our Anniversary last month.
We have been married 13 years now and he really is my best friend too.

Here is the card. It was made from an 8x8 card blank.
For all the layer's I have used green core-dination card, and the heart's are from
a order from e-bay

I printed it onto decoupage paper, then I have cut out the layered images.
The heart backing paper is also printed from the same CD-ROM, this time I have used

I have made the sentiment from my computer.

Here is a closer look at the decoupage topper.

Here is a better photo of the layers, you can also see the top sentiments
printed from the CD-ROM

I have entered this card into the following challenge-

My Birthday Boy

Good evening everyone, I hope you have had a good Friday so far!

Well as promised I am here with the card I made for my son's 7th Birthday
yesterday. He is Avenger's mad so I had to find a good image to use on
his card....

And here is the card...

I made my own sentiment using the computer, my kids love seeing
there name on cards.

I have printed off the picture 3 times so I could decoupage the image.

Here is a close up of the finished decoupage image. He was very happy
with it and it now in the middle of our mantle piece.

And finally here is the Birthday Boy himself.

I hope you like today's card and enjoy the rest of your Friday

You're A Star

Good Morning Everyone...

I have been awake since just after 1am this morning as it's my Son's 7th Birthday today
and he was a tad excited he was getting a kindle fire!!!! (I will post his card on here tomorrow)

Today's card is one that took me a while to get right but was worth the effort
as the girl it was for was over the moon with it.

I got the shape design from a sample I saw on a crafters companion show on TV.

If you want the size's etc please try the crafters companion blog
The cards are beautiful this ladies blog.

To decorate the star card I have used the Morehead's CD-rom and
toppers from the Morehead paper crafting range

The flower's, card candi and,
gold mirri card are from my stash

I have decorated each section with patterned paper layered on
gold mirri card

Here is a close up of the topper I used in the centre with a few little
flowers, sentiment and card candi.

I hope you like today's card and I am off to make sure my little boy has
