Sport's day

Today has been sport's day at my children's school so after spending 2 hours this morning watching Kayley in the KS2 events, and then an hour this afternoon watching Evie & Samuel in the KS1 races I thought a sporting theme card would be fitting!!!!

The one I have decided to show you today is a card for my Husband Steve for his 38th Birthday
earlier in the week.

and here it is....

The image is a digi from Mo's digital pencil called 'strongman'
I have coloured the image again with spectrum-noir pens

The backing paper are printed from the strawberry kisses cd-rom
for the matting and layering I have used coloured card stock from my stash.

I hope you like today's creation, have a lovely Friday evening

Cars 2 = a happy boy

Today's is a card is again from Samuels birthday
He love's his t.v. and films and one of his favourites is cars 2.
He went to the cinema with Daddy to see it and has loved it ever since!!!
So when my parents asked for a card for him this one just came to mind

Lightening Mcqueen image, free as googled free images from internet
backing papers are from an old kanban cd-rom
name and number made from cc cd-rom and coloured and glitter added.

Being 6 he thinks it's great to see his name and age on his cards so it makes it
easy for me to fill spaces and keep it simple.

Quick blog for me today off to cook the tea now
Happy Thursday everyone

Evening everyone, I hope you are all well and having a nice week.

Today's card is a card I made for my Babies 6th birthday last week, they grow up far to fast
Here it is I hope you like it

I have used the following products
Coloured with spectrum noir pens
coloured card from lidl
Brother Stamp - from Papermania

I have used nice bright colours for the little Humphrey clown

I have tried to use the pens to shade areas, especially on the face.

Again lovely bright colours for the word 'Brother' so it stands out,
also with my son being 6 it need to be fun.

So Proud:-)

Is it just me or is everyone so proud to be British after the weekend we have been celebrating?
The concert last night was fantastic, what a super job done by SIR!!!!! Gary Barlow.
It was so nice to see the whole nation unite, I was only a couple of weeks old at the silver jubilee, and expecting my eldest child for the golden jubilee!!! And my eldest has been so excited about the
jubilee:-)
We as a country are so good at celebrations like this, now roll on the Olympics
(even though my Husband is more for roll on Friday for the football!!!!)

So keeping in the spirit of the last day of the bank holiday
my card is...

Another in the forever friends range.
All the items used are listed below

Card topper & backing papers - Forever Friends 'Best of British' decoupage set

That is it for today, enjoy the rest of your Tuesday
